In response to the latest notice from China/Hong Kong TNT, all parcels sent to Saudi Arabia must comply with the following shipping requirements:

1. The recipient must be a company, and private items are not accepted.

2. The phone number of the recipient (landline or mobile phone number, it is recommended to provide the mobile phone number as much as possible) on the waybill and invoice.

3. The requirements for the invoice with the goods are as follows:

      1. The HS code of the product must be indicated;

      2. The country of origin must be indicated, and the production country information on the product packaging must be consistent with the invoice declaration;

      3. Declare the value of the goods truthfully and correctly. If the declared amount of the goods is greater than or equal to USD100, the original commercial invoice must be provided with the goods; if the declared amount of the goods is greater than or equal to USD2500, the original commercial invoice and the original certificate of origin must be provided with the goods.

Fourth, the certificate of origin of the goods: the original certificate of origin can be sent separately, but a copy of the certificate of origin must be attached with the goods.

5. The product itself must have the country of origin identification, such as "Made in China" or "Manufactured in China". The customs does not accept the identification of the country of origin information on the outer packaging of the goods.

6. When shipping the following categories of goods, the original SASO certificate (Saudi Arabian Standards Organization certification) must be provided with the goods, and the recipient is not allowed to provide it locally:

      The first category is toys; the second category is electrical and electronic products; the third category is automotive products; the fourth category is chemical products, medical instruments, medical products, and military products. List some categories of goods: laptops, computer parts, motor parts, auto parts, brake parts, light fittings, adapters, chargers, computer spare parts, mobile phones, mobile phones Accessories and parts are for reference only.

      All agents should be aware of the above and inform the sender. Please strictly check whether the documents are complete before sending the shipment. Our company will not review the information before sending it to the service provider. If the above shipping requirements are not followed, the goods may incur customs fines. Even if it is confiscated/destroyed by the customs or returned directly to the place of origin, all consequences and expenses arising therefrom will be borne by the sender, please be aware!
